The yin yoga teacher training offers a comprehensive and thorough exploration into teaching yin yoga with an understanding of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the meridians alongside the subtle body and chakras. You will also learn how to incorporate pranayama, meditation and mudras into class to support the asana practice.

  • The course is registered as CPD for yoga teachers with Yoga Alliance and Yoga Alliance Professionals. However it is also designed for yoga students who want to understand their own stress a little more, and discovere some tools to support it.

  • The live course is taught via Zoom, and includes include theory, practice and teaching.

  • If you are wanting to gain CPD points, you will be asked to submit a lesson plan, class synopsis and written assignment.
