We run regular yoga workshops for teachers and students which focus on a particular area of yoga, from anatomy to breathing and meditation. They offer an opportunity to delve a little deeper, exploring the practice of yoga and what it means to us. Nathalie’s workshops for yoga teachers are all registered with Yoga Alliance Professionals as Further Training hours.

Family Yoga Workshop - a chance to share the practice of yoga with your children:

Next date in Worthing TBC

Teaching yoga to teenagers is something we are passionate about and for as long as Nathalie has been teaching yoga she has worked with this age group. After lots of requests from parents asking if they can bring their children to class, we have decided to run our first session specifically for this. The class will be an introduction to yoga and a chance to have a little play on your mats together. We will learn about breathing relaxation techniques that can help children and young people to switch off and de-stress, in a friendly and light hearted way. (Please note, our guide age is 12 years + but please feel free to get in touch if your children are younger. )

Cost: £15 per adult, £10 per child. Space is limited & advance booking is essential.

If you have enjoyed our workshops and want to take your yoga practice that bit deeper why not take a look at our training courses, including our next 200 hour Foundation Teacher Training which starts in September 2019.
