I’ve been working in the field of yoga, health and wellbeing since 2009, as well as a teacher in Further Education. I draw on my background in the teaching profession when planning and delivering yoga training courses, ensuring that all students are learning and developing. My love of yoga has followed me through my life, and I’m passionate about sharing this with others. I believe that yoga should be fun and accessible to everyone and this can be seen in my inclusive and welcoming approach to teaching. You can read more about me and my teaching here ->
