Chair yoga is a diverse practice; you might find your self teaching anywhere from an office to a nursing home, or incorporating it into your mat based classes. It’s a great way to make yoga more accessible and it’s a reminder of all the different facets of yoga that can easily be practiced in a chair by anyone.

Throughout the chair yoga training you’ll learn how to teach seated yoga, use the chair as a prop when standing and incorporate aspects of yoga that can easily be done seated into a class including pranayama and meditation.
