Online CPD courses & workshops for yoga teachers
As with any profession, continuing to learn and develop is part of being a yoga teacher. The CPD courses for yoga teachers can be taken individually or as a bundle. They can also be taken alongside 1:1 or group mentoring and business coaching. All courses are registered as CPD with Yoga Alliance and are offered self paced and live.

ASANA, ADJUSTMENTS & SEQUENCING
14 & 15th March, East Sussex or Online, £355
A weekend of expanding your teaching skills, exploring more challenging asanas & sharing them with different level students, adjustments, assists & sequencing. We will also consider the question - what is advanced yoga (hint, more than asana!)
CHAIR YOGA TRAINING
Learn to adapt yoga for a range of groups, abilities and bodies through a chair based practice. Understand how to respond to the needs of students, teaching accessibly & inclusively, whilst also including aspects of yoga that can easily be practiced seated.
RESTORATIVE YOGA TRAINING
Learn how to teach restorative yoga with an understanding of the nervous system, stress & trauma. Explore ways to to weave other practice into a restorative class, including pranayama, meditation, mindful movement and yoga nidra.
YOUTH YOGA TRAINING
Through gaining an understanding the different needs of young people, learn how to teach yoga to young people in a safe and accessible way whilst incorporating relevant pranayama, mindfulness, meditation and philosophy into your classes.
WELLNESS BUSINESS BLUEPRINT
A business & marketing course designed for yoga teachers & wellness professionals. Explore your values and how you want these to underpin your business, setting goals, getting real about finances and gaining confidence in marketing & sales. Can be taken as part of mentoring for extra support.
DELVE DEEPER INTO YOGA
This is our pre-teacher training course which is perfect if you want to learn about the philosophy behind yoga and expand your own practice, and/or if you’re considering yoga teacher training.

The art of honest business; planning for success, from the heart
Learn how to grow your yoga business whilst maintaining an ethical, honest and kind approach. Through this course you will identify your dreams, goals and limiting beliefs for your yoga teaching. Explore ways to plan, develop and promote your business in a direction you believe in.
