Our style of teaching varies depending on the students and what is appropriate, from energetic Vinyasa to soothing Restorative. We have a range of classes to suit you including local group sessions, private small groups and 1:1 bespoke packages, with the option of including a fitness or nutrition session.
Group Yoga Classes in Worthing
Public classes run in Worthing and the surrounding areas, with beginner and improver courses running every 6 weeks
BEGINNER YOGA : 6.30 - 7.30pm, Tuesday
BEGINNER YOGA : 6 -7 pm, Thursday
VINYASA YOGA : 7.10 - 8.10pm, Thursday. Mixed level
NEXT BEGINNER and VINYASA 6 WEEK COURSES start 30th OCT & 1st NOV
Cost: £50 for 6 sessions / £10 drop-in (available for selected classes only)

Sussex Yoga Workshops & Retreats
Our regular workshops and day retreats allow you to delve deeper into your yoga practice and enjoy the tranquil settings that we have been lucky enough to find! They are a great addition to a weekly class.
Private 1:1 Yoga
Tailor the sessions to suit your needs and times, either as a 1:1, couple or small group. The focused sessions allow you to really learn about yoga as you are practicing, taking things at your own pace in the comfort of your home. Sessions start at £35.
