I love sharing the joys and benefits of yoga with people of all ages, physical abilities and walks of life; yoga exists to be practiced, by everyone. Below are my current offerings, but if you can’t see what you’re looking for please get in touch and I’d be happy to work with you in a way that suits you. In person yoga classes are available in Bexhill, Eastbourne, Hastings and surrounding areas.

 

Weekly class schedule

Thursdays, 6-7 pm, ONLINE; Hatha Flow for all levels and abilities; a soothing, flowing class to bring you back to balance. If you can’t make the time the recorded class can also be sent to you. Please get in touch to book a place, or sign up using the link :

Cost: Sliding scale £5-10 per class. You can pay via BACS (contact for details) or the Paypal ‘donate’ button.

 

Online Yoga class library

Sign up to the monthly membership where you can enjoy ALL the online yoga classes whenever you want. The library is updated weekly, with a variety of options for you to choose from, including energising classes, calming, grounding, challenging. Classes are suitable for all levels and abilities.

1:1, family and small group yoga classes

Online : practice yoga from anywhere, with personal guidance. Sessions are tailored to your needs, and can include personalised yoga plan, pre-recorded videos and guidance to encourage your self practice.

In person : practice yoga in the comfort of your own home, with 1:1 guidance to support you. Available in the Bexhill / St Leonards on Sea / Hastings / Eastbourne area.

Small groups : bespoke classes can be arranged at a time that suits you, either online or at a local venue, place of work etc.
