Yoga in Sussex

Yoga compliments so many other sports, from Climbing to Cross Fit and everything in between. Our style of teaching varies depending on the students and what is appropriate, from energetic Vinyasa to soothing Restorative. We have a range of classes to suit you including local group sessions, private small groups and 1:1 bespoke packages, with the option of including a fitness or nutrition session.

Group Yoga Classes in Worthing

Public classes run in Worthing and the surrounding areas, with beginner and improver courses running every 6 weeks

  • BEGINNER YOGA : 6.30 - 7.30pm, Tuesday

  • BEGINNER YOGA : 6 -7 pm, Thursday

  • VINYASA YOGA : 7.10 - 8.10pm, Thursday. Mixed level 

NEXT BEGINNER and VINYASA 6 WEEK COURSES start 19th & 21st June

Cost: £50 for 6 sessions / £10 drop-in (available for selected classes only)

We also offer bespoke 1:1 and small group yoga sessions, tailored to suit your needs 

 

 

Sussex Yoga Workshops & Retreats 

Our regular workshops and day retreats allow you to delve deeper into your yoga practice and enjoy the tranquil settings that we have been lucky enough to find! They are a great addition to a weekly class.

Private 1:1 Yoga

Tailor the sessions to suit your needs and times, either as a 1:1, couple or small group. The focused sessions allow you to really learn about yoga as you are practicing, taking things at your own pace in the comfort of your home. Sessions start at £35.

Youth Yoga

Working with local schools, colleges and hospitals, we deliver yoga and mindfulness sessions to young people across the county. Learn more ➡
