Live Love Yoga was set up in 2009 by Nathalie after a number of years travelling, surfing, practicing yoga and running along countless empty beaches and coastal paths. Despite initially being drawn to the physical side of yoga, Nathalie soon discovered the therepeutic benefits. The healthy balance of energy and relaxation embody Live Love Yoga's philosophy. 

 
 
 

Nathalie has a nurturing attitude and a passion for motivating others to realise and achieve their goals. She is an experienced yoga teacher, body worker and personal trainer. As a qualified teacher as well, she has worked with some of the most challenging young people both in formal and informal education settings. Nathalie recognises the importance of a healthy body and mind, using yoga, fitness and the great outdoors to do this.

Yoga  Teacher Team

We are lucky enough to have a handful of great yoga teachers and youth professionals delivering sessions within  the community. Currently Anja and Laura and delivering sessions with us. 

Anja Giger : Yoga for Anja is more than "just" going through the Asanas. In her words, "it is a space where I can fully integrate my body awareness, explore something new with every inhale and with every exhale...but most importantly to me, I feel nourished and fully connected to my self." She believes that all we need already exists within us and that through Yoga, Meditation, Mindfulness and other tools we have the ability to take care of ourselves.

Whilst Nathalie is on maternity leave, classes in Worthing will be covered by the lovely Anja! 

Laura Clark : Laura has worked in youth and healthcare for a number of years, specialising in sexual health. She has been practicing yoga for over 20 years and has a wealth of knowledge to share with others. Laura is one of our Youth Yoga teachers and currently studying our 200 hour teacher training. She runs Youth Yoga classes at Camelia Botnar Foundation and Esteem.
